Questions about this solution
Is it only for hospitals?
No. A clinic can use patients, appointments, encounters and billing alone, and switch on laboratory, therapy or inpatient care when it needs them.
How does billing work?
Each patient is linked to a customer in PALBONSphere. When you invoice, that patient's unbilled appointments, tests, procedures and inpatient services are fetched onto the invoice.
Can patients see their own records?
Yes. Through the patient portal they can request and review appointments and see their lab tests and prescriptions.
